Introducing our newly manufactured Hyundai i20N 2021+ front mount intercooler kit, made from aluminium and professionally TIG-welded!

With a massive 45% larger internal flow area and 110% greater core volume compared to the original intercooler, this may be the largest intercooler on the market!

High-quality cast aluminium end tanks are optimised using CAD and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow

After installing our I20N intercooler, performance improved significantly! Given that the I20N now produces 217.8 bhp & 336Nm, that's an increase of +10.8 bhp & 14.1 Nm without any further tuning. The base vehicle produced 207 horsepower and 321.9 Nm (equipped with our 3" GPF rear exhaust)
