Introducing our Newly Manufactured Hyundai i30N PFL Front Mount Intercooler made from aluminium and professionally TIG-welded!

With a massive 44% larger internal flow area and 102% larger core volume compared to the original intercooler, this may be the largest intercooler on the market!

High-quality cast aluminium end tanks are optimised using CAD and CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow

After installing our I30N intercooler, the performance improved dramatically! As the I30N now produces 319 BHP & 460NM, this is an increase of +9.1 BHP & 17NM without any further tuning. The base vehicle produced 309.9 BHP and 443 NM (equipped with our 3" turbo-back exhaust)
